Paragliding California California has some of the best paragliding sites in the U.S. We
have lots of coastal sites and mountain sites to meet your flying needs. It's coastal sites (Monterey, Pacifica, Torrey
Pines, etc..) offer lots of opertunity for ground handling and air time. It's mountain sites (Potato Hill, Dunlap,
Ed Levin,Etc..) offer beginner training hills, to advance thermals soaring and cross country. For those motor head
pilots, flat lands designated for powered paragliding. Great thing about California is most sites are all within
a driving distance. In California, we strive to keep our previledge of flying there. If you are new to
a site, we recommend a site intro from a local or a certified instructor.
